Delete your Speeket account

Delete from the app

1. Open Speeket and sign in with your Google account.
2. Go to Settings.
3. Tap Delete Account and confirm.

Delete without the app

If you no longer have Speeket installed, email us from the Google account you used to sign in. We'll confirm the request with you and delete the account.

Or write to service@speeket.com with the subject “Delete my Speeket account”.

What we delete

Within 30 days of your request, we delete or anonymize your name, email address, profile photo, and your (S) Codes. Any unused call minutes are forfeited and aren't refundable, except where the law or the app store's refund policy requires otherwise.

What we keep, and for how long

We keep a limited amount of information after deletion, only for these purposes:

Call records

Start and end times, duration, voice or video, and the (S) Code used. Kept 180 days after each call for customer service, billing disputes, and fraud prevention. Up to 1 year if linked to a safety report or a suspended account.

Purchase records

Amount, minutes purchased, platform, and receipts. Kept 6 years from the transaction date, as required by tax and accounting laws.

Security logs

IP addresses tied to failed connection attempts. Kept up to 90 days to prevent abuse.

Backups

Copies may remain in backups for a limited time until they're overwritten.

We never record or store the audio or video of your calls. Full details are in Section 5 of our Privacy Policy.
